bgaee Terms & Conditions

By accessing the bgaee platform — whether by visiting the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotional offer — you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the bgaee platform.

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and bgaee. They apply to all interactions with the bgaee platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits and withdrawals, participation in casino games and sports betting markets, use of promotional offers, and communications with bgaee customer support.

bgaee's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions and must be read alongside them. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy in their current forms.

bgaee may, at its sole discretion, refuse access to the platform to any individual or entity at any time, without providing a reason, where it has grounds to believe that access would be in violation of applicable law, these Terms & Conditions, or the integrity of the platform and its user community.

To participate in any real-money gaming or betting activity on the bgaee platform, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible adults. By registering, you warrant that all information provided during the registration process is accurate, current, and complete.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain a bgaee account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person (accounts cannot be registered by corporations, trusts, partnerships, or other legal entities acting on behalf of multiple individuals).
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of bgaee or any of its affiliated game providers, payment partners, or technology suppliers.
• You have not previously been permanently excluded from the bgaee platform or from any other gambling platform under a cross-operator self-exclusion arrangement.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering the account for use by another person.

Account Verification (KYC)

bgaee is required to verify the identity and age of all players before processing their first withdrawal. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC verification process:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to make your first deposit (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number).

bgaee reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle where it deems verification necessary. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawal requests pending investigation.

One Account Policy

Each player is strictly limited to one (1) registered account on the bgaee platform. Operating multiple accounts — including via different email addresses, different device identifiers, different IP addresses, or different payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, bgaee will suspend all associated accounts, void any outstanding bonuses, and may permanently close all accounts and forfeit balances where fraudulent intent is identified.

All financial transactions on the bgaee platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and processed through the payment methods available on the platform at the time of the transaction. bgaee currently supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your bgaee account balance in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for MFS channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳500 for bank transfer methods. bgaee does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment service provider may apply its own transaction charges which are outside bgaee's control.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. bgaee does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment account not belonging to the registered player will be refunded to the source account and the player's account will be reviewed for compliance.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification will not be able to process withdrawal requests. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for all payment methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.

bgaee aims to process withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes:

• bKash / Nagad: Within 2–15 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours.
• Rocket / Upay: Within 15–60 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours.
• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank): Within 1–3 business days subject to bank processing schedules.
• Visa / Mastercard: Within 3–5 business days subject to card network and issuing bank processing schedules.

These timeframes are indicative only and may be extended during periods of high withdrawal volume, during security review processes, or where additional documentation is required from the player.

Funds Held on Account

Player balances held on the bgaee platform represent a claim by the player against bgaee for the withdrawal of those funds in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. bgaee holds player funds in accounts segregated from its operational funds. Interest is not payable on player balances.

bgaee offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotional offer, in addition to the general bonus policy set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this general policy, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a bgaee account are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement applicable to any given bonus (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x) is stated in the promotional terms for that offer. Until the full wagering requirement has been met, bonus-derived winnings cannot be withdrawn. bgaee reserves the right to void bonus balances and related winnings where it identifies abuse of promotional offers.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period measured from the date and time of the bonus being credited to the player's account, expressed in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). If the wagering requirement is not completed within the expiry period, the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it will be automatically forfeited. Bonus expiry periods are non-extendable.

Prohibited Bonus Practices

The following practices in connection with bgaee bonus offers are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification of the bonus, potential voiding of associated winnings, and may result in account suspension:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same new-player welcome bonus more than once.
• Using bonus funds to place low-risk or hedged wagers specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "bonus whoring").
• Coordinating with other players to abuse a promotional offer through linked accounts or shared wagering strategies.
• Claiming a bonus using a payment method that is different from the one associated with the player's verified identity.

All casino games available on the bgaee platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited to ensure statistically fair and unpredictable outcomes.

Game Rules

The specific rules governing each game — including betting limits, payout structures, side bet options, and special feature mechanics — are accessible within the game interface itself. It is the player's responsibility to review the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers. bgaee accepts no liability for wager placement errors made due to a player's unfamiliarity with the rules of a game.

Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction — including software errors, connectivity failures, or server interruptions — that affects the outcome of a game round, bgaee will conduct an investigation based on the game server logs maintained by the relevant game provider. Where a malfunction is confirmed, the affected round will be voided and all wagers placed on that round will be refunded to the player's account balance. bgaee's decision following such an investigation is final.

Sports Betting Integrity

bgaee takes sports betting integrity seriously. Accounts found to be engaging in match-fixing, use of insider information, arbitrage betting across coordinated accounts, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of bgaee's sports betting markets will be suspended immediately. All pending bets placed by such accounts will be voided and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Return to Player (RTP)

The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot and casino game is set by the game provider and is available within the game's information panel. RTP is a long-run statistical average and does not represent a guaranteed return on any individual gaming session. Outcomes in any given session may deviate substantially from the published RTP figure.

As a registered player on the bgaee platform, you agree to use the platform in good faith, in compliance with these Terms & Conditions, and in a manner that does not harm or disadvantage other users, the platform's integrity, or its commercial operations. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during account registration or KYC verification.
• Registering more than one account on the bgaee platform, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account policy.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the bgaee platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the bgaee platform's software, game code, RNG systems, or payment infrastructure.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in live casino or table games.
• Using the bgaee platform to launder money or to conduct any transaction associated with the proceeds of crime.
• Charging back a deposit via a payment provider after using the associated funds for wagering on the bgaee platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bgaee customer support staff or other users of the platform.
• Publishing or sharing your bgaee account login credentials with any other person, or allowing another person to operate your account.

bgaee employs a range of technical and procedural measures to detect and investigate prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, bgaee may take one or more of the following actions without prior notice: suspend the account, permanently close the account, void outstanding bets, forfeit account balances, recover funds already withdrawn where legally permissible, and report the matter to relevant authorities where applicable law requires or permits.

bgaee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or identity misrepresentation, suspected underage gambling, failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe, extended account inactivity, or at the request of the account holder.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your bgaee account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, bgaee will process any verified pending withdrawal of your available Real Money Balance to your registered payment method before closing the account. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period directly through their bgaee account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and cannot be reopened, reactivated, or bypassed by the player. bgaee will take reasonable steps to prevent the creation of new accounts by self-excluded players.

Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bgaee may apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳50 (or the remaining balance if lower) to dormant accounts after this period to cover maintenance costs, until either the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Players will be notified by email before any dormant account fee is applied.

Effect of Closure

Upon permanent account closure — whether initiated by bgaee or by the player — these Terms & Conditions cease to govern the relationship between the parties except for provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to provisions relating to outstanding financial obligations, intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.
